16 16  **Michelle Ho**, RN(EC), CPNP-PC, MN, MA__,__ is a Nurse Practitioner in the Complex Care Program, within the Division of Paediatric Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She also works in a community Complex Care satellite clinic at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Michelle is one of the co-leads for Project ECHO for Complex Care at SickKids. She is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto.
