5 +**Dr. Julia Orkin** is a staff pediatrician at the Hospital for Sick Children, Division of Paediatric Medicine. She is the Medical Director of the Complex Care program, Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto and Paediatric Clinical Lead for Ontario Health-Toronto region. Julia is the Chair of the Community Paediatric Committee and incoming Vice President of the Complex Care Section of the Canadian Pediatric Society. She completed her Masters in Global Health at Oxford University and Post-Doctoral Fellowship focusing on poverty and child health. Her research focuses on innovations in care delivery for children with medical complexity and the social determinants of health and consequences of caring for a child with complex medical illness.

8 +**Michelle Ho**, RN(EC), CPNP-PC, MN, MA__,__ is a Nurse Practitioner in the Complex Care Program, within the Division of Paediatric Medicine at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids). She also works in a community Complex Care satellite clinic at the Peterborough Regional Health Centre. Michelle is one of the co-leads for Project ECHO for Complex Care at SickKids. She is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto.
