An inventory of resources for families of medically complex children and youth.

The Navigator Program is a 5 year federally funded program intended to help address a critical gap in supports for parents of children with medical complexities. The program has been funded by the Government of Canada’s Social Development Partnership Program, and is offered in partnership with the CHEO and Pinecrest-Queensway Community Health Centre. The program provides dedicated expert resources targeting non-medical support mechanisms that address the social, emotional and economic impact of caring for a child with medical complexities. The following is an inventory of resources collected to assist families in navigating the complex web of local resources and supports.
